If you need teeth replacement but neither dentures nor full-mouth implants feel quite right, All-on-4® may be exactly what you need. This hybrid system restores your smile beautifully using only four dental implants per arch. Two implants are placed near the front of the arch and two in the molar area, supporting a permanent bridge typically made of acrylic or zirconia.
All-on-4 is ideal if you want a permanent, stable alternative to removable dentures at a lower cost than full-mouth implants. It's also a great option if you don't have enough healthy gum tissue to support removable dentures — though a healthy jawbone remains the most important factor.
The process usually takes several visits. Your dentist begins with digital X-rays to check jawbone density, then creates molds for our in-house lab. You typically receive a temporary denture bridge the same day your implants are placed, wearing it for several months while your mouth heals. Once the implants fully integrate, a permanent bridge is crafted and anchored securely in place.
